Trust is an important thing. When running the company it’s best to take a following approach towards your employees; I have a lot of confidence in you, I have a lot of trust in you, we’re transparent — we share where we are, where we’re going and what’s going on.

If you think employees are there to mess up, and it’s your job to prevent them from messing up. That’s not going to be very motivating to good people.
